US; Hello Verizon I recived a notice in the mail about my old account saying that I still owe. can you shed any light on this?
VERIZON; Hold one moment while I pull up your records.(information given for second time) Ah well let me see ok then this was sent in error let me just update this . I'm so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Is ther any thing eles I can do to assist you this morning ?
US; Umm no but thank you.(hmm this was painless and resovled in a very few moments.)
Still sitting on pourch Danny's phone rings.....
US : hello ?
VERIZON ; hello Mr. H.? I will be at your location within the next thirty minuntes to do your install will some one be home?
US; oh hell yes there will be some one here.
As we sit on the front purch and puzzle over this.
This was the second order put in since the one on the 31st had been lost. This one had been lost per VERIZON and yet another order had been lost due to the extencion of the 31st order to the 6th. The order for the 6th had beeen lost out of the system and reset up for the 11th.
Verizon then turnned up on that satuday. did we complain nope we just let the man do his thing.
Upon turning on the system we found that the cable channels had been improperly imputted and we had all the channels we didn't want and none of the we did want. SIGH
US; Hello VERIZION you just turrned on our services and the cable package is wrong..................................
VERIZON; I'm sorry for any inconvenince this has caused you.....................
I think I will stick with reading on the front pouch..............................
